If you have forgotten your Woolworths at Work password, this can be reset by using the "Forgot Password" link on their log in screen then following the prompts.

If this fails to work, you will need to contact Woolworths at Work directly on 1300 390 971 from the service mobile and ask for a manual password reset.
Note: They do not allow us at TheirCare access to manage passwords on our side, so we will be unable to provide you with the password or reset it. We do not keep records of passwords for security reasons.
