To help you work more efficiently and stay connected, we’re introducing personalised work email addresses for every team member, along with streamlined access to the key platforms and systems you use every day. These enhancements are designed to make your daily tasks easier, improve communication, and empower you to focus on what matters most—providing outstanding care and creating positive experiences for children and families.
As a team member, you will have your own TheirCare email address, which will be an important communications channel and will be your key to unlock other core platforms, including Humanforce, Ignite (our LMS) and more using Single Sign On (SSO).
This must be completed before you can use your account to sign into other platforms.

Where do I find my log in details:
New team members will receive an email as part of their onboarding process with their specific log in credentials. The username will often be firstname.lastname@theircare.edu.au.

If you did not get your login details, please contact staffengagement@theircare.com.au.
We have rolled out accounts for all exisitng staff members. Details were emailed to all staff members.
How to log in?
1. Navigate to emails.theircare.edu.au

2. Enter your work email address into the box.
This will always end in @theircare.edu.au

3. Click "Next"

4. Enter your temporary password

If your password does not work, or you can not find it you can click on "Forgot my password" and follow the prompts. Instructions can be found here: https://help.theircare.edu.au/support/solutions/articles/44002663589
5. Click "Sign In"

6. Click "Next"

7. You will be prompted to enter your mobile number into the system.
This will be used to authenticate that it is you logging in by sending you an SMS with a code, and will also allow you to reset your password down the track if needed.

8. Click the arrow next to the country code
Scroll/swipe down until you find Australia (+61)

9. Enter your mobile number

10. Click "Next"

11. A verification code will be sent to your mobile phone as an SMS. Open your messages application on your phone to view the code Click the "Enter code" field and enter the code that was sent to you.

12. Click "Next"

13. Click "Next"

14. Click "Done"

For your security, you will be required to set your own password next.
15. Click the "Current password" field.
Enter the current password you used to log into step 4.

16. For the "New password" and "Confirm password" lines you will need to set your own password.
When setting the password it must contain at least 8 characters and a mix of:
- Lower case letters
- Upper case letters
- Numbers
- Symbols

17. Click "Sign in"

18. Click "Yes"

19. If prompted: Click "Continue"

You are all finished, and you account is ready for you to use.

| I dont know my username or password | Check your personal email account for the welcome email which was sent from our system. If you can not find this, reach out to staffengagement@theircare.com.au |
| The website is hard to use | It is reccomended that these steps are completed on a desktop/laptop or a device with larger screen, not your mobile. You will need to use your mobile for the verification steps. |
| I have not received the verification code | Click the back button and check you have entered the correct mobile number. |
