Setting Up Humanforce Thrive

Humanforce Thrive is an employee well-being app designed to empower individuals financially while simplifying the process of accessing their earned wages early and saving money. Thrive enables users to track their earnings in real-time, access their wages before payday, and receive personalised financial insights that encourage smarter budgeting.


The app also assists employees in growing their savings, avoiding costly short-term credit options, and enhancing their overall financial security. Users of Thrive have reported that pay tracking helps them manage their budget effectively, and the option for flexible pay provides them with peace of mind.



Reccomended First Steps:
To make setting up Humanforce Thrive easier, it is highly reccomended that you have your work email accessable on your mobile either through the browser or the Outlook application. A "magic link" will be sent to your email which then needs to be opened on the phone to log you in.


At launch, the Track, Access and Grow functions will not be available. These are coming very soon.


Setting Up Humanforce Thrive



1. Search for Humanforce Thrive in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Click Install/Download




2. Open the Humanforce Thrive application




3. Click Create Account




4. Enter TheirCare as the employer.

Click the next arrow.




5. Enter your @theircare.edu.au work email address.

Click Next




6. When you see the screen below, the system will send you an email.





You must open your work email on your phone for the magic button to work and connect your phone to the system.



7. Open your work email on your phone you are installing the Thrive application on and locate the email from Humanforce.

Click the Continue button




8. The Humanforce Thrive application will automatically open.




9. Tap the circle to confirm you accept the Terms & Conditions




10. Click the Accept button




11. Click the Great! button




12. You may be prompted to give the app permission to send you notifications.

Click the Allow / Approve button




13. Choose a password and click OK

What if I change my phone number after installing the application.Ensure TheirCare have your correct mobile number on file. at hr.theircare.edu.au.  This will then automatically update the system.
