Should your printer stop working please try the following troubleshooting steps before reaching out for support:
Paper Jam:
- Leave the machine turned on for 10 minutes
- Open the front cover
- Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly
- Wait for the machine to cool down and pull out the jammed paper
- Install the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly into the machine
- Close the front cover
